About Sirvo
Practices shouldn't need a marketing department to be found.
Sirvo started with a pattern I kept seeing in practices: owners and office managers squeezed from two sides. On one side, agencies charging $2,500 a month for two blog posts and a PDF of impressions. On the other, “AI content tools” happy to publish medical claims no doctor ever read — on a medical website, under a doctor's name.
Meanwhile, the way patients find care changed. They still search Google, but they also ask ChatGPT and Perplexity “who's the best dentist near me?” — and those assistants recommend practices with published, cited expertise. Most practices are invisible there and don't know it.
So we built the tool we thought should exist: an SEO autopilot that writes patient-focused, cited content daily, puts every word through the practice's own physician review, publishes to whatever website the practice already has, and reports one number that matters — new patients, in dollars.

What we won't compromise on
Three rules the product is built around.
Nothing publishes without a doctor's OK
Every article is cited, conservative, and routed through physician review. Medical content that no doctor read is the industry's dirty secret — Sirvo was designed so it can't happen here.
No patient data, ever
Sirvo is content-only by architecture, not by policy. It never connects to your PMS, EMR, or anything containing PHI — which is exactly why it's HIPAA-conscious by design.
Honest numbers, honest pricing
One plan at $249/mo, no contracts, and reporting in new patients and dollars — never impressions. If a number on your dashboard can't be tied to a patient, we don't lead with it.
